Roles and Contributions:

Mar 99 –VP Project Delivery, and member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) reporting to the President/CEO.

May 99 – Developed estimating, pricing and project mgmt tools – ROMulator, Blue Sheets, Actuals Tracking and Invoicing. Set up TimeTracker? system for Time and Expense entry and trained managers and developers. Introduced resource management "3 Week Look Ahead" process and tools. Defined, documented and trained the overall architecture of Framework 3.0 as the company’s Project Management process methodology.

Jun 99 – Defined and established the company’s first dedicated QA test suite configurations and test environment.

July 99 – Developed POD concept for rapid sustained growth. Part of 3 person team with CEO to establish budget parameters to forecast next growth phase and US expansion. Created Executive staffing, POD Org Chart and staffing models.

Sep 99 – Developed the company’s ISO9001 strategy, became ISO9001 Auditor qualified and then implemented a substantial portion of the requirements by June 00 when a decision was made to delay pursuing actual accreditation due to the cost.

Oct 99 - Appointed by CEO, first Managing Director (MD), of the first Production Oriented Development (POD) unit with responsibility for delivery of all work in progress while planning the first POD split and hiring key personnel as well as my replacement MD by April 2000. With CFO, responsible for Daily Cash Flow mgmt for the company as well as Project Delivery.

Nov 99- Jan 00 – Developed the complete and detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly operational processes for the company. These MS Project files, Excel sheets and planner’s guide details every weekly meeting, it’s timing, predecessors, dependants, members, activities, deliverables and value for the company. These documents are the blueprint for senior management and a guide for integrating company processes into Changepoint? , as well as achieving ISO9001 certification.

Jan-Mar 00 – Developed and presented key portions of the Investor presentation and due diligence documentation that achieved a $9M investment from Itemus Inc. in Mar 00.

Apr-Jul 00 – Appointed VP Operations, reporting to President/CEO, responsible for implementing the company’s operational tools, processes and procedures, and for overseeing the company training. Hired Director of Training and Changepoint Systems Administrator/Developer. Hired and trained new MD for POD A and B, and then prepared HR planning requirements and wrote the Staffing process used by the MDs for a July 00 POD split. Defined the need for process automation tools and began investigating Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions. Developed a 60 page Training Strategy document and set up a state of the art Training Facility for the company.

May-Jan 01 – Purchased, implemented and then extended Changepoint’s PSA solution for Personus. Designed and set up all the critical sales mgmt, project mgmt, invoicing, reporting, asset mgmt and training processes for the company. Trained the company on Changepoint and it’s enhancements. Designed and implemented over 20 significant reports or customisations that improved the critical daily, sales, project, cash flow management and operational effectiveness of the company. Awarded one of 3 Changepoint implementation awards, amongst over 250 of their clients, at their annual convention 2000, in recognition for "Most Creative Implementation".

Jan 01 – Delivered ROMulator 7.0, Blue Sheet 7.0 and four critical, opportunity tracking, cash flow control and revenue recognition/forecasting tools for SLT and sales management through the company’s Changepoint system.
